No. CALOT is designed around participation and personal progress. Every employee works towards a target matched to their activity level, so people can join in regardless of where they start.

Activity is measured against each employee’s personal target and converted into a daily score of up to 100 points. This means raw speed, distance or workout time does not determine someone’s position alone.

Yes. You can create an organisation-wide league or separate leagues for teams, departments or locations.

Walking, running, cycling, workouts and everyday movement can all count. Employees can use their preferred phone, watch or tracking app, provided its activity data is shared with Apple Health or Health Connect.

Dangles are prize draws that employees enter using their points. Your organisation can create exclusive Dangles just for employees, with rewards such as a weekly wine giveaway, an extra vacation day, a team lunch or other company perks. Employees can also enter public Dangles available in CALOT.

Because winners are drawn, employees don’t need to finish at the top of a league to have a chance. Company Dangles create extra motivation while supporting a positive and memorable employer brand.
